Stone Tile Image transfer

I experimented with Golden Gel Medium ( light, matte) and transferring an image directly onto a stone tile. I love the outcome, especially for a first attempt. Getting rid of every single speck of paper can be a challenge, though.

Hi,
I used Omni-Gel and even though I scrubbed and scrubbed (even using sand paper), the image still looks white (from the paper). I assume that some of the paper is still in the medum. Does Golden still look white when finished?
