HAT's OFF to Theme Thursday Challenge!!

This weeks Theme Thursday challenge over at Theme Thursday Challenge revolves around an art piece with a hat in it. I knew right away I had the perfect piece for this, and it is one that I have not yet put at my Etsy shop, or anywhere other than Flickr. My obsession has always been vintage Halloween and this is my ~HATS~ challenge, a 5 x 5 stretched canvas collage which is spooky at the same time!
